On this case we also add a "trigger guard" on the lip of the holster with notches that protect the camera's function buttons located in the finger-tip grip area of the camera body. This allows the buttons to "float" while the weight of your camera and lens properly rests on the lip of the holster.

Case accomodates 90% of the lenses for this camera and has room for lenses 3.5" (89mm) in diameter and 6" (152mm) long. If you need more room, see "Accessories" re: longer lenses and check our extra-length "Buntline" cases out.

FOR NIKON D700

Custom made to fit your Nikon D-700 while being backward-compatible to other Nikons in the lineup. While the leather hard-shell pentaprism (bump) accomodates the D-700, case also fits D50, D80, D90, D7000, D200 or D300, with a little room to spare in the flash area.

As on the D300 series, we add a "trigger guard" on the lip of the holster with a notch that protects the camera's function buttons located in the finger-tip grip area of the camera body.
